127 Notice of no action on EIS (a) the territory planning authority gives the Minister an EIS under section 125; and (b) the Minister decides not to establish an inquiry panel to inquire about the EIS. (2) The Minister must give the territory planning authority written notice that the Minister has decided to take no action in relation to the EIS. Note If the Minister gives notice under this section, the EIS to which the notice relates is finalised (see s 128).
