125 Giving EIS to Minister (1) This section applies if the territory planning authority accepts an EIS under section 121 (2) (a). (2) However, this section does not apply if the territory planning authority has sent an invoice to the proponent of a development proposal for costs recoverable under section 124 and the invoice remains unpaid. (3) The territory planning authority must give the EIS to— (a) the Minister; and (b) for a public health EIS—the Public Health Act Minister.
