116 Publication of representations about draft EIS (1) This section applies if a person makes a representation about a draft EIS in accordance with the public notice for the draft EIS under section 114. (a) make a copy of the representation available on the authority website until— (i) the EIS is finalised; or (ii) the representation is withdrawn; and (b) give a copy of the representation to the proponent of the development proposal as soon as practicable after the public consultation period for the draft EIS ends. Note This section is subject to s 502 and s 503.
