Subdivision 3 Amendments of Northern Territory Planning Scheme Planning Act 1999 162 (3) All maps, plans, designs and diagrams included in the Planning Scheme continue in force as part of the NT Planning Scheme. (4) All maps, plans, designs and diagrams referred to in the Planning Scheme continue to have effect in accordance with the NT Planning Scheme. (5) This section does not apply in relation to the development provisions referred to in section 184.
