81Y Annual report (1) The Chairperson must prepare and give to the Minister a report on the performance by the Commission of its functions during each financial year. (1A) The annual report must include the following: (a) the particulars of the Commission's activities; (b) a review of its activities in relation to any policies made by the Commission under section 81L(2); (c) the results of its activities. (2) The report must be given to the Minister by 31 October following the end of the financial year. (3) The Minister must table a copy of the report in the Legislative Assembly within 6 sitting days after the Minister receives the report.
