81X Committees (1) The Commission may establish one or more committees to advise it on matters related to any of the Commission's functions. (2) A person may be a member of a committee whether or not the person is a member of the Commission. (3) The member of the Commission who is the Chair of the Development Consent Authority must not be a member of a committee established to advise the Commission on matters related to a significant development proposal (including the preparation of a significant development report) unless section 81M(2)(a), (b) or (c) applies in relation to the proposal.
