78 Making a complaint (1) A person may lodge a complaint with a consent authority that a person has contravened this Act or the regulations. (2) The complaint must: (a) be made in the approved form; and
Planning Act 1999 102 (b) state the name and contact details of the person making the complaint; and (c) specify the ground for the complaint; and (d) be signed by the complainant.
