75B Use or development contravenes permit (1) A person must not use or develop land in a manner that is only permitted in accordance with a permit: (a) except in accordance with the permit; and (b) subject to section 56(c), until all the conditions of the permit that must be complied with before the use is permitted have been complied with. (b) the use and development is only permitted in accordance with a permit; and (c) the use or development is not in accordance with the permit and the person is reckless in relation to that result.
