75A Use or development contravenes interim development control order (1) Land must not be used or developed in contravention of an interim development control order, except in accordance with a permit in force immediately before the order was made. (b) the use or development contravenes an interim development control order and the person is reckless in relation to that result. subsection (2) if the use or development is in accordance with a permit that was in force immediately before the order was made.
