65 Certification of compliance with permit or Part (1) A person may apply to the consent authority for a certificate, in the approved form, certifying the extent of compliance with the (a) the conditions of a development permit; (b) the conditions of an alteration permit; (c) the requirements of this Part in relation to land.

Planning Act 1999 83 (3) After considering an application under this section, the consent authority must issue a certificate that certifies the extent of compliance. (4) A certificate issued under this section is prima facie evidence of the facts certified as at the date specified in the certificate.
