63 Purported subdivision or consolidation prohibited (1) A transaction purporting to subdivide or consolidate land must not contravene this Part. (1A) A person commits an offence if: (a) the person intentionally enters into a transaction; and (b) the transaction purports to subdivide or consolidate land and the person is reckless in relation to that circumstance; and (c) the purported subdivision or consolidation would contravene this Part and the person is reckless in relation that result. (2) A transaction purporting to subdivide or consolidate land in contravention of this Part is void.
