61 Subdivisions and consolidations of land (1) The subdivision or consolidation of land must be done in accordance with a plan of survey approved under section 49(3) of the Licensed Surveyors Act 1983. (a) the person intentionally subdivides or consolidates land; and (b) the subdivision or consolidation is not in accordance with a plan of survey approved under section 49(3) of the Licensed Surveyors Act 1983 and the person is reckless in relation to that result.
