43D Certification of compliance with exceptional development permit (1) A person may apply to the Minister for a certificate certifying the extent of compliance with the conditions of an exceptional (2) An application under subsection (1) must be in the approved form (3) After considering an application under this section, the Minister must issue a certificate that certifies the extent of compliance. (4) A certificate issued under this section is evidence of the facts certified as at the date specified in the certificate.
