29 Reasons for decision to be available to public (1) After the Minister amends or refuses to amend a planning scheme, the Minister must make available for purchase or inspection by the public a copy of the written reasons for the decision. (2) A failure of the Minister to comply with subsection (1) does not affect the validity of the Minister's decision.
