214 Applications and proposals made before commencement (1) Subject to section 215, any application or proposal that was not determined before the commencement is to proceed and be determined: (a) in accordance with this Act applicable at the time the determination is made; and (b) in relation to the elements of the planning scheme applicable at the time the determination is made.
