185 Meaning of proposed amendment For sections 187, 188 and 189, a proposed amendment is one of the following: (a) a proposed amendment of the Planning Scheme in respect of which the Minister has made a decision under former section 14(1)(b) to take the actions required under former Part 2, Divisions 3 and 4; (b) a proposed amendment of the Planning Scheme referred to in paragraph (a) that has been altered by the Minister and which, by virtue of former section 29(1), must be re-exhibited under former Part 2, Division 3.
