176 Saving of provisions of certain regulations Regulation 5 and Schedule 3 of the Planning Regulations 1994 continued in existence under section 135(3) of the former Act continue in existence as if they were made under this Act and as if a reference in regulation 5 of those Regulations to section 4 were a reference to section 3 of this Act, but may be repealed or amended by Regulations made under this Act.
