174 Saving of notices (1) A notice served on a person under section 66(2)(a) of the former Act and in force immediately before the commencement date continues in force, and may be enforced, as if it were a notice served under section 66(2)(a) of this Act. (2) A notice served on a person under section 38 of the former Act and in force immediately before the commencement date continues in force, and may be enforced, as if it were a notice served under section 76 of this Act.
