139A Electronic publication (1) A requirement under this Act to publish a document in a newspaper may be satisfied by publishing the document on a website or other electronic platform that makes it publicly available in the Territory. (2) Subsection (1) has effect despite any provision in this Act to the contrary other than the following: (a) section 68(3); (b) a provision requiring a notice or document to be published in the Gazette.
