104 Committees (1) The Development Consent Authority may establish one or more committees for the purposes of advising the Authority on matters related to its functions or for the purpose of performing functions delegated to it under section 86, or for both purposes. (2) A person may be a member of a committee of the Development Consent Authority whether or not he or she is also a member of the Authority.
