6 Harming the natural environment
A person must not do the following in the public domain—
(a) leave litter, except in a rubbish bin,
(b) bring in waste,
(c) climb a tree,
(d) damage or remove a tree or other vegetation,
(e) suspend a thing from, or attach a thing to, a tree,
(f) dig up soil, sand, stone or a similar substance,
(g) bathe or swim.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
