29 Buses

(1) Place Management NSW may designate land within the public domain for use by buses (a bus area).

(2) A bus area may be designated—

(a) for certain times of the day, and

(b) for different times on different days.

(3) Place Management NSW may impose conditions on the use of the land by buses.

(4) A person must not drive a bus—

(a) in the public domain unless in a bus area, or

(b) in breach of a condition imposed under subsection (3).

Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
