7 Non-core land
For the purposes of this Act, non-core land means that part of the land within the foreshore area, not including core land, that is vested in Place Management NSW from time to time.
Note—
The non-core land of Place Management NSW is land that, because of section 20, Place Management NSW may dispose of with the consent of the Minister.
