(1) The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the day-to-day management of the affairs of Place Management NSW in accordance with the specific policies and general directions of the Board.
(2) Any act, matter or thing done in the name of, or on behalf of, Place Management NSW by the Chief Executive Officer is taken to have been done by Place Management NSW.
