Place Management NSW is, for the purposes of any Act, a statutory body representing the Crown.

The management of Place Management NSW is provided for in Part 5 of this Act. Place Management NSW has a Board and a Chief Executive Officer. Place Management NSW is also subject to the control and direction of the Minister.
