43F Failure to comply with direction of Minister or Secretary

For the Act, section 58A(4)(d), a person must comply with a direction given under the Act, section 58A other than a direction referred to in this regulation, section 39(7)(a).

Maximum penalty—

(a) for a corporation—10,000 penalty units and, for a continuing offence, a further 1,000 penalty units for each day the offence continues, or

(b) for an individual—2,000 penalty units and, for a continuing offence, a further 200 penalty units for each day the offence continues.
