35A Minister or Secretary may direct licensee to give information
(1) For the Act, section 58A(4)(a), the Minister or Secretary must not give a direction to a licensee to give additional information in relation to matters included in an annual report given under this division, unless the Minister or Secretary is satisfied that—
(a) the annual report does not include sufficient information, and
(b) additional information is required.
(2) For the Act, section 58A(4)(b), a direction to give additional information in relation to matters included in an annual report given under this division must be written.
