29 Definitions
In this division—
approved email address means an email address approved by the Minister and notified in writing to the licensee.
approved telephone number means a telephone number approved by the Minister and notified in writing to the licensee.
escape or ignition means—
(a) the uncontrolled escape of any substance from a pipeline, or
(b) the ignition of any substance being conveyed in a pipeline.
