12B Auditor—Secretary may reject or terminate
12B Auditor—Secretary may reject or terminate
(1) The Secretary may, by written notice to the licensee—
(a) reject the appointment of an auditor by the licensee if, in the Secretary’s opinion, the appointment is not acceptable, or
(b) terminate the appointment at any time.
(2) The notice—
(a) must give reasons for the rejection or termination of the appointment of the auditor, and
(b) may require that a specified person be appointed as an auditor.
