84 Revocation of pipeline easement (1) If a licence is surrendered or cancelled, the Minister may, by notice published in the Government Gazette, revoke the pipeline easement for the pipeline to which the licence applied. (2) The Minister must not revoke a pipeline easement under subsection (1) if another pipeline, electric line or other facility uses the easement. (3) On the publication of a notice under subsection (1), the easement specified in the notice is revoked. (4) On being requested to do so and on delivery of any relevant instrument or document, the Registrar of Titles must make any recordings in the Register that are necessary because of the operation of this section. (5) Despite subsection (4), it is not necessary to produce a certificate of title for the purposes of a recording in the Register required under that subsection. (6) No compensation is payable on the revocation of an easement under this section.
