79 Transfer of licence (1) A licensee must not transfer the licence without the written consent of the Minister. (2) The Minister must not unreasonably refuse to give his or her consent under this section. (3) The Minister may impose conditions on a consent under this section. (4) A licensee must notify the Minister in writing within 14 days of any direct or indirect dealing with any legal or equitable interest in the licence.
