77 Decision on application (1) If an application is made under section 73, the Minister may— (a) grant the application and consolidate the licences into the ongoing licence; and (b) make any amendments to the ongoing licence that are necessary or expedient for the purposes of the consolidation; and (c) include any additional conditions in the ongoing licence that the Minister considers necessary as a result of the consolidation; and (d) cancel any licence consolidated in the ongoing licence or, if only part of a pipeline is consolidated, amend a licence accordingly. (2) The Minister may refuse to consolidate one or more licences under this section. S. 78 repealed by No. 68/2014 s. 93.
