68B Approval of consultation plan for proposed significant alteration (1) If the Minister has required a licensee to prepare a consultation plan for a proposed alteration under section 68(3)(a), the licensee must submit the plan to the Minister for approval. (2) The Minister must within 21 days after receiving a consultation plan under subsection (1)— (a) decide whether or not to approve the consultation plan; and (b) advise the licensee of that decision. (3) If the Minister decides not to approve a consultation plan, the licensee may— (a) submit a new consultation plan to the Minister for approval; or (b) submit amendments to the consultation plan to the Minister for approval. (4) If a new consultation plan or amendments to a consultation plan are submitted to the Minister under subsection (3), the Minister must, within 21 days after receiving the plan or amendments— (a) decide whether or not to approve the new consultation plan or the consultation plan as amended; and (b) advise the licensee of that decision.
