67 Decision on application under section 66 (1) If an application is made under section 66, the Minister may— (a) grant the application; or (b) grant the application subject to specified conditions; or (c) refuse to grant the application. (2) The Minister must not grant the application unless the Minister is satisfied that the alteration— (b) the alteration is of a minor nature and will not affect the rights or interests of any other person. (3) If the Minister grants the application, the Minister must publish a notice in the Government Gazette specifying the alterations made to the route of the pipeline.
