45 Hearings S. 45(1) amended by No. 68/2014 s. 83(a). (1) A panel must give a reasonable opportunity to be heard by it to the applicant and any person who has stated in a submission that is referred to the panel that the person wishes to be heard with respect to that submission. (2) Schedule 2 applies to a hearing by a panel under this Division.
