204 Direction to share use of pipeline (1) A direction given by the Minister under section 17 of the old Act and existing on the commencement day is deemed to be a direction of the Minister under section 122 of this Act. (2) An application made under section 17(3) of the old Act but not determined before the commencement day is deemed to be an application under section 122 of this Act.
