203 Authorisation to convey thing through pipeline (1) An authorisation given in respect of a pipeline under section 16 of the old Act and existing on the commencement day is deemed to be an authorisation in respect of that pipeline under section 113 of this Act. (2) An application made under section 16 of the old Act but not determined before the commencement day is deemed to be an application under section 113 of this Act.
