188 Disclosure of registered information (1) Subject to this section, the Secretary must— (a) at all reasonable times, allow access to the Pipelines Register; and (b) provide information from the Pipelines Register— to any person who pays the prescribed fee. (2) The Secretary must not allow access to the Pipelines Register or disclose any information from the Pipelines Register if the Secretary considers that the information is confidential or of a commercially sensitive nature.
