186B Effect of registration (1) A document referred to in section 186(2) that is created on or after the commencement of this section (other than one referred to in paragraph (a), (ca) or (e)) has no effect until it is registered. (2) A document referred to in section 186(2)(ca) that is created on or after the commencement of this section is ineffective for creating, assigning or affecting any interest in or conferred by a licence, or for the devolution of a licence or any interest in or conferred by a licence, until it is registered.
