175 Requirement to assist inspector during entry (1) To the extent that is reasonably necessary to determine compliance with this Act or whether there exists a risk of a kind referred to in section 161(1), an inspector exercising a power of entry under this Division who produces his or her identity card for inspection by a person, may require that person— (a) to give information to the inspector, orally or in writing; and (b) to produce documents to the inspector; and (c) to give reasonable assistance to the inspector. (2) An inspector must notify a person of the provisions of section 177 before requiring the person to give information to the inspector or to produce documents to the inspector.
