156B Enforcement of written undertakings (1) If the Minister considers that a person has contravened an undertaking given by the person and accepted under section 156A, the Minister may apply to the Magistrates' Court for an order under subsection (2). (2) If the Court is satisfied that a person has contravened an undertaking given by the person and accepted under section 156A, the Court may make— (a) an order that the person comply with the undertaking or take specified action to comply with the undertaking; or (b) any other order that the Court considers appropriate.
