143 Return of bond if rehabilitation satisfactory The Minister must discharge a rehabilitation bond, or return a rehabilitation bond to the licensee or a former licensee as soon as practicable once the Minister is satisfied— (a) that the relevant land has been rehabilitated as required by section 145, 146 or 147; and (b) that the rehabilitation is likely to be successful; and (c) that any other work in respect of which the bond was required has been satisfactorily completed.
