139 Review of Environment Management Plan A licensee must— (a) review its Environment Management Plan before the end of each period of 5 years after the date the Plan was accepted; and (b) report the results of each review to the Minister within 28 days after the completion of the review. Part 10—Rehabilitation and compensation Division 1—Rehabilitation bond 140 What is a rehabilitation bond? For the purposes of this Part a ***rehabilitation bond*** is an instrument securing the payment of a specified amount of money for any rehabilitation work, clean-up work or pollution prevention work that may be necessary as a result of— (a) the construction of a pipeline; or (b) the decommissioning or removal of a pipeline.
