133 Environment Management Plan to be prepared (1) Before carrying out any pipeline operation, the licensee must give the Minister an Environment Management Plan— (a) that identifies the risks to the environment arising from the pipeline operation; and (b) that specifies what the licensee will do to eliminate or minimise those risks, including rehabilitation of land; and (c) that sets out any matter prescribed by the regulations. (2) An Environment Management Plan may be given to the Minister and accepted in stages. S. 134 amended by No. 22/2023 s. 71.
