126 Safety Management Plan to be prepared (1) Before carrying out any pipeline operation, the licensee must give Energy Safe Victoria a Safety Management Plan— (a) that identifies the risks to the safety of the public from the pipeline operation; and (b) that specifies what the licensee will do to eliminate or minimise those risks; and (c) that sets out any matter prescribed by the regulations. (2) A Safety Management Plan may be given to Energy Safe Victoria and accepted in stages. S. 127 amended by No. 22/2023 s. 68.
