124 Duties of licensee for safety and environment protection A licensee must manage any pipeline operation so as to minimise as far as is reasonably practicable— (a) hazards and risks to the safety of the public arising from the pipeline operation; and (b) hazards and risks to the environment arising from the pipeline operation. 1. In the case of a natural person, 1800 penalty units; In the case of a body corporate, 9000 penalty units.
