121 Agreement to share use of pipeline (1) A licensee may enter into an agreement with any person for or in relation to the conveying by the licensee by means of the pipeline of anything belonging to that person that is authorised to be conveyed through the pipeline. (2) An agreement under this section must not be inconsistent with this Act or the licence for the pipeline.
