114 Minister may impose requirements (1) The Minister may at any time by notice served on the licensee impose requirements under this section in respect of the pipeline that the Minister considers necessary or expedient in the interests of safety or the protection of the environment. (2) The requirements may be with respect to— (a) the examination, repair, maintenance, adjustment or testing of the pipeline; or (b) the modification, reinforcement or protection of the pipeline; or (c) the inspection of the pipeline. (4) A person must not obstruct or hinder the carrying out of a requirement imposed under this section.
