110 Payment of annual fee (1) A licensee must not in any year operate a pipeline unless the prescribed pipeline operation fee for that pipeline has been paid in respect of that year. (2) The pipeline operation fee may be prescribed at a rate for each kilometre or part of a kilometre of pipeline operated under a licence. S. 111 amended by No. 22/2023 s. 64.
