100 Construction to comply with standards and conditions S. 100(1) amended by No. 22/2023 s. 59. (1) A licensee must ensure that the pipeline to which the licence applies is constructed in accordance with— (a) any standards, specifications and conditions that are prescribed; and (b) any standards, specifications and conditions that are included in the licence.
